Robin Hood Garden Project for 2018 Venice Biennale
로빈훗가든 프로젝트, 2018 베니스 비엔날레

Imagebakery played a role in the artist Do Ho Suh's Robin Hood Gardens project by employing innovative technologies for architectural archiving. The project utilized 3D laser scanning and photogrammetry to create precise digital replicas of the building. These technologies, considered cutting-edge at the time, were crucial in capturing every detail of the architecture in high resolution. Imagebakery, in particular, captured the spaces vacated by people in hundreds of thousands of high-resolution photo timelapses, thereby preserving the moments and history embedded in these spaces. This effort spanned over a week, contributing significantly not only to documenting the physical space but also to preserving the stories and memories it held. Imagebakery's technical expertise was instrumental in conserving the architectural and cultural significance of the building through this project.

This work was displayed in a large video projection at the V&A's special exhibition for the 2018 Venice Biennale. The projection measured 13 meters in width and 4.3 meters in height.
